Ingredients
- 1 pound pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 6 tbsp Spagnia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp Spagnia Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients except the pork cubes in a glass bowl. Add the pork and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Add the pork cubes to skewers. Grill over hot charcoal, basting with the marinade. After about 5 minutes, flip the kebabs.
- Serve as a tapa with a glass of wine, or as a main course with grilled vegetables and rice.
