Ingredients

pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes

Spagnia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

thyme

tsp
Spagnia Smoked Paprika

tsp
ground cumin

tsp
red pepper flakes

tbsp
minced parsley

tsp
black pepper

tsp
Sea Salt
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients except the pork cubes in a glass bowl. Add the pork and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Add the pork cubes to skewers. Grill over hot charcoal, basting with the marinade. After about 5 minutes, flip the kebabs.
Serve as a tapa with a glass of wine, or as a main course with grilled vegetables and rice.
