Ingredients
  • 1pound pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6tbsp Spagnia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1tsp thyme
  • 1tsp Spagnia Smoked Paprika
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1tbsp minced parsley
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients except the pork cubes in a glass bowl. Add the pork and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  2. Add the pork cubes to skewers. Grill over hot charcoal, basting with the marinade. After about 5 minutes, flip the kebabs.
  3. Serve as a tapa with a glass of wine, or as a main course with grilled vegetables and rice.
